Fat Gold Olive oil

I bought this on a whim to have a fancy dipping / finishing olive oil around but after seeing the ‘use by’ date I started using it for everything because I didn’t want my $40 olive oil going bad: unfortunately, after going through a tin this way, Fat Gold is now my daily driver.
